My most proud moment in and about the SPYL is Onehoni Combined School in Efinde village in the Okongo constituency of the Ohangwena region. Onehoni was formed in the 1950s but until we arrived there in February 2013 it still didnt have water, electricity while learners were taught in wooden classes (even in Cold winner and heavy rain).. SPYL brought Electricity, Network and modern classrooms are being built. Rural Development is one of our Pillars!
