My mum has an original 1/12th scale Sid Cooke Empire Stores for sale. She bought this but it never came out the box so it is brand new!!! It is made from birch plywood and MDF. Height 33 width 27 and depth 21. It has a large ground floor shop, four upstairs rooms, an attic and a large landing area. This comes with two staircases with turnings to upper areas and a hinged front roof, windows and external doors on three sides. There is a private side entrance surrounded by railings. This kit comes with internal doors, ready cut parts, full instructions, glue, hardware and sandpaper. Collection can be made from Crowthorne (Berkshire) or Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire). Looking for serious sensible offers.
