My muslim sister PLEASE stop worrying about what people out here think about you or about your daughter because you choose to live according to your deen and let them call you whatever they want because you are not with the clique. We need to put aside all destructive forms of pride and our ego so that we can shift our focus to the business of sustaining a spiritual reality not pleasing people or trying to fit in. Don’t worry about appearances. The real crisis is that even within religion, many have lost the main point-the authentic desire of the soul to be with Allah.
