My name is Alisha im 27 and had plaque psoriasis since i was 10 years old it was not to bad and i had no problem living with it, About 1 month before Christmas i got a bad throat infection and little spots on my neck and my wrist. Doctor told me there were viral spots so he gave me some antibiotics. they got worst and worst he now said they are guttate psoriasis and gave me prenisoline tablet and daivobet cream but still didnt touch them, went back 2 weeks later and tried celestone gel cream, still not working so i not have to go to a dermatologist witch is gonna cost me $204 dollars with a $128 cash back from the government, Psoriasis is driving me crazy its stressing me out and i get stressed out enough looking after my 2 bubbly children ages 4 and 1, I have also tried coconut oil but seems to make me super itchy. Dose Anyone have any other cheap ideas to try help me out I just want these spots gone them are driving me crazy and really getting me down
