My name is Elena. I grew up in Venezuela where the only local church was Catholic and my Lutheran parents would not let us attend. When I moved to the states, my Uncle took my family to church. At the age of ten, I attended a service where I accepted Christ as my savior during an altar call. It began a journey, not smooth or consistent, but one that has continued in the direction of serving Christ. The Lord is teaching me daily how to better love and serve Him.
