My name is Goose, a little boy of just 4 months old. I have been at Soi Dog since being hit by a car and seriously injured. I was left with a ruptured bladder and a very badly damaged hind leg. I was in agonising pain. Since being at the shelter, my life has turned around. My bladder was fixed with an operation and I was given antibiotics and painkillers so it didn’t hurt me anymore. The vets tried their hardest to fix my back leg, but it was so badly damaged that I had to have it removed. Having only three legs hasn’t stopped me though. I so want to recover so that I can find my own forever home. I practice my walk and my run all the time and I am getting better each day. When the Soi Dog people come to see me, I sometimes get to them before all the other dogs! I want to be first in line for the cuddles. I would like you to know that I am only here thanks to some special Soi Dog supporters. These kind people are members of the Emergency Response Team and their monthly donations led to me being picked up and my life being saved.
