My name is Roxanne. Please adopt me! E-mail [email protected] to adopt me. I am 4 years and 2 months old and I have been living at Soi Dog, Phuket, Thailand for 11 months now. I used to fight for survival on the streets. When Soi Dog found me and took me in I was sick, injured and missing my tail. I had led a very tough life. My early years had not been kind. At the Soi Dog shelter I am well looked after. I am fed daily and kept clean. When there are volunteers at the shelter, I get daily walks too. I am grateful for all of this, but I have to admit that I am not very happy here. The other dogs in my run tend to pick on me sometimes. Because of this, I quite often sneak out of the gate when it is opened by my walker. Don’t get me wrong, I am not badly behaved; I just so desperately want to get out and have some time to myself without fear of being nipped at or barked at by the other dogs. I am good with people and I enjoy daily exercise. I know all the dogs here would love a new home, but I think I am more in need than some. A lot of them appear to have quite a bit of fun in here. Sadly they never include me in their games so I think it is only fair that I leave here soon. The others won’t miss me. I would flourish in a nice home.
