My new morning smoothy, for days Im training. 1 Banana 5 Strawberries 1 handful of blueberries 1/2 Avacado 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1 scoop protein powder And this really yummy Almond/Coconut Milk to the top. All of the calories/fiber/fats I need for training. Now to do laundry and clean for an hour before I hit the gym. Still taking applications for a gym buddy. Anybody? #crickets
