My new poem: A man in blinded lens looks at a face He studies it, a firm glare in his eyes His blurred vision distorts the whole surface While others understand the face disguised. If they can read their friends well, why not him? Those lonely feet wandering, no trodden tracks Men’s faces betray his sight, cold and grim Now, all he sees are creatures dressed in masks. And yet, another cover-up within Invisibility projects outside Some may seem thick, while the surface quite thin Prejudice is only based on false pride. If of himself he is not greatly fond Contagion spreads among the world beyond.
