The recognition of core courses only really discounts the value of elective programming in regard to fine arts, business, computer technology, engineering, and more. The changing face of education is to make sure that kids are college and career ready. These electives are an important component to an overall robust education and a place where many students thrive. If you need to limit the number of coupons you can give, apply a per person limit but dont define what counts for kids.
