My number is 12, things you may or may not know about me! Like my status and chose your own number. (Robert passed on that new rule change.) 1. I was born in an Air Force hospital and it cost my mom $8 for an 8-day stay. The money was for diapers.She had to make her own bed. 2. I went to 5 schools in 2 states in 3rd grade. I still hate long division because each school was at a different point in math. However, I also got to read Rikki Tikki Tavi several times and make butter. 3. When my family got together at holidays, we played monopoly. 4. I used to watch Sputnik fly over Tucson at night with my grandfather. Wish I had asked how he knew when it was passing over. Maybe it was in the paper. 5. I do not remember learning to read. I just did it. So I learned a lot when I studied to become a remedial reading teacher. 6. I cannot put things together or follow a pattern. I am spatially-impaired. I knew this by 4th grade. 7. I have met and spoken to 4 astronauts. 8. I lived in a house on stilts in Hawaii. 9. I threw the backseat ashtrays out the window of my grandfathers new Oldsmobile 88 in a trip to California. He never found them. 10. I have a scar from stitches between the second and third toes on my right foot from falling off my bike while riding barefoot. My foot went through the front spokes. 11. I was probably born left-handed and forced to change. 12. I wanted to be a veterinarian.
