My nutrition has been so bad during this recovery that I sent Hank out to buy a Nutri-bullet & lots of greens, fruits and yogurt yesterday. Made my first "blast" this morning (note to self, go easy on the lime!) and am super impressed with the ability of this quasi blender. Much better than a juice extractor cuz you get to keep the fiber and much stronger than my kitchen blender. Gotta get those fruits & veggies inside doing their good work :)
