My oh my what did I get myself into... A guy put up a Marlin 375 winchester on the classifieds of our local forum for a good price so I took it home. I knew it was a bit obscure but I didnt realize the brass was impossible to find. Having managed to do a bit of searching it looks like my choices are basically fire forming or stepping up 30-30 or running some slightly reduced loads in 38-55 brass. Anyone here shoot 375 with the Starline 38-55? Im thinking that brass should be able to handle moderate loads with no issues and I have no interest in pushing the boundaries of this old cartridge or the rifle for that matter. Bullet choices are no big deal, plenty of molds out there so that part is just a matter of picking one and casting some. (Ive already read threads on all the major forums... just curious of first hand accounts if there are any)
