My ol lady was making 2.10 a hour like 40 years ago. Guess the cost of living hasnt went up. The rich and conservatives in this country have most think 10-14.00 an hour with no benefits is a decent job. Heck I was making that in the 1980s with full benefits and it was a decent middle class living. I have MUCH sympathy for anyone trying to survive in this day on less than 25.00 an hour and double that if they have no health care..The GREEDY rich and republiCONS have created this mess..all the while people becoming millionaires in this country rise every year..The first 6 years of Bush saw the largest shift of wealth from the middle class to the rich since right before the Great Depression..hence the depression we have been in since. Bush lost nearly 6 million QUALITY jobs in his last year in office..The aftermath of his HORRIBLE decisions to make the rich richer.
