My old friend Kacper Papiernik has just started the inititive called „100 Lifelong Days”. Throughout 100 days he will be trying to make his own definition of word life. He has been doing this, because his dream is to inspire people, motivate them and encourage them to realize their own goals and fulfill their own dreams. He has that vision of better world created by our daily work. #100lifelongdays #100daysoflife When we met first time, i said that i also want to do such things. Since that time, partly, I succeeded in doing that. However, not as much as I would like to. The key issue is that is really easy to forget about our dreams if we do not remind ourselves about them on every single day. Inspired by him, I decided to take a challenge and share my thoughts throughout that 100 days. To not copy him, I am going to write about various topics. Nevertheless, I let myself to use his words for the first day (lets assume that now is still Tuesday). So, he wrote life is: making decisions. I entirely agree with that. Maybe we normally dont think about it, but we make decisions all the time. Some of them are just more importand, some...maybe less...for sure some of them are easy and some of them are really hard. That what we do, affects who we really are, It influences people that are around us and the whole society. To my belief, on of the main problems of our time is that we are really scared. We are afraid of making conscious decisions. We are afraid of doing something good for people we dont know, even of smiling to others we see on the street. How many time we see a person who is crying in a tram and do nothing? How many time we are attracted by a stranger and we dont have enough courage to start a talk? Maybe that person is waiting for us, maybe needs us, maybe has amazing personality and would be our best friend or just is able to teach us a lot. Maybe that person would be our wife/husband. Maybe its the chance of our life. We dont know it. So why shouldnt we check it? Its one of the most beautiful aspect of life: unkown. Without it life would be quite boring, wouldnt be? Obviously, there are decisions that are extremely hard to make, but sometimes we havent got any other choices. Some of them are going to be bad ones. ITs totally normal. Believe me, its impossible to make only good decisions, since we are only humans. The point is to not be scared by this fact. The point is to learn on consequences, to do it better in the future.
