My old nemesis ANXIETY is wreaking havoc at the moment! Had a mild panic attack earlier! I honestly am wondering if Ill ever fight it off completely WITHOUT meds. For those of you who dont know, I was diagnosed with a panic disorder in 2010! Judging from old journal entries I believe I started showing signs as early as 2004. Ive always been sensitive since I was small, but its VERY different from wearing your heart on your sleeve. Its like being trapped in a room with little air and you feel like an elephant is sitting on your chest. Sometimes it builds to the point that you cry uncontrollably.
