My only question is if a citizen of india born in Bombay with Hindi as his mother tongue can live anywhere in india only with his mother tongue he no need to learn any other Lang. But a same Indian citizen of india born in tamilnadu with Tamil as his mother tongue cannot live outside of tamilnadu without learning an another Lang ( Hindi) . In india both are Indian citizens and both should has equal rights. But it is not like this now. There is a big partiality that a north Indian no need to learn any other Lang. But a south Indian should have to learn two Lang or he should not learn his mother tongue. Any one can answer me? Why this partiality? since the ancestors from our place also fought for indipendance why we are not getting the rights for speaking our mother tongue in my country as north Indian has , since our Lang is the ancient Lang spoken in my state and it has a big history ten times more than Hindi. Why we should refuse our mother tongue? Is it this is democracy? Is it this is unity in diversity? Is it for this kind of independance only our greater ancestors fought and sacrificed there life? Any one can answer me if they think I am wrong? Please understand that we are not creating the partiality we are asking for the solution.
