My op for 5th Jan now delayed to Feb. Consultant warned me they were regularly cancelling patients on his list (including urgent cancer) due to lack of beds - been told this is still a risk for Feb date. Only just submitted one complaint for failing to check/inform me about the hospitals MRSA procedures and risk at my pre-op - (staff cutbacks mean less time to be thorough and well informed) But heres another formal complaint too!
