My opinion of the parade was much better than previous.. my kids enjoyed the characters and there were some very nice floats.. never felt unsafe either! And as far as the bands I was happy to hear them but dancers are just that dancers they have danced and dressed like that for years.. why not complain about the lack of participation from more local businesses and schools. Changes dont happen over night and its clearly much better than 2 years ago..
