My opinion on the land issue is that,very Namibian 25 years old and over, should be entitled to 300 m2 of un serviced residential land in any place of their choice. Land should not be sold to namibians only foreigners should buy land. This should be part of the constitution,and it should be a right and not an entitlement. We should only pay for the servicing of land and water utilities. Moreover, you may not own more than one plot, unless you buy the second plot!
