My opinion wages difference follows the cadre of jobs. in some jobs follows low and some cadres follow high. Teachers earn less salary I have followed the news early when economy status of US was followed many teachers lost jobs . the status of Income in US was less. however the total comparison can bring the difference. In modern time in most countries both genders follow to go to job to run the family expense. so the many ladies go for job. and the salary difference follow the cadre of job cannot compare equal salary for equal job.the total statics state wise can bring the statistics of both genders category can follow the difference in wage difference even should be followed labor cadre.In all countries ladies compete high in profession of all kinds also work more .Ladies and gents differ in some jobs but cadre wise. equal salary for equal job cannot be followed in many cadres.
