My opinions are not always well-received. Moreover, I often find myself in the minority. As a prime example, I have never looked at President Obama as a particularly good speaker. His speeches are largely pedestrian. Yesterday, I was reminded of this as I watched Nicolas Sarkozys concession speech. He exhibited the most perfect grace in defeat. He congratulated François Hollande on his victory, but more importantly, he provided overall a blueprint for conduct in the face of feelings of disappointment, frustration, or even anger.
