My original student loan back in 2004 was around $5,250. I began re-payment in 2006. With interest rates and an occasional forbearance, I still owe $3,900. Make that make sense America. With 50% of college graduates unable to find full-time work how are we supposed to get ahead? Demand for workers is declining rapidly, and the supply is increasing - which means lower pay and fewer jobs. There has to be a better way! Our current economic policies are clearly not working.
