My panties are not in a twist! Not so much as you think they might be, anyway…. So, I have neighbors and I have local friends (some on fb)…. Most of the time I’m torn between thinking my “real life” friends just tolerate me because of our familys hardships, or because what I say may be making too much sense and they simply can’t “go” the proverbial “there.” Cognitive dissonance. (Defined via the net as: psychological conflict resulting from incongruous beliefs and attitudes held simultaneously…… Or: A psychological phenomenon which refers to the discomfort felt at a discrepancy between what you already know or believe, and new information or interpretation. It therefore occurs when there is a need to accommodate new ideas, and it may be necessary for it to develop so that we become open to them. OR, in my words: Folks are so cemented in their thinking that a perceived is what it is that they can’t begin to entertain the idea that it isn’t the is they think it is. Other people (lots of them) have their collective panties in a twist. By the millions. They took the red pill. I truly am not crazy or alone. There really is a strange reality is that is an alternate reality. The sad reality about the alternate reality is that it IS the reality. Trust me on this. I just want my real life friends to know that we’re in deep do-dah…. You have no idea. Do you wonder why there is a plethora of confusion among us all? Its all by design and very, very complicated but very, very real. The best way to help you understand is to tell you a story... Ready?
