My parents raised me well and brought me up with a few major life lessons. 1.)Treat people the way you want to be treated. (I think most call this the golden rule) 2.)If you tell a man youre going to do something, do it or tell them why you cant but always communicate. Probably the most important thing I learned however was this. Do not ever take anyone for granted or treat them with disregard and be very careful of the toes you step on today for they may be connected to the ass you kiss tomorrow It seems these are very simple but some of us feel like we are above others and have more authority but I promise, youve underestimated my will and desire to accomplish my goals and my desire to make a change is the fuel that drives me. I do not respect elitism or your belief that youre entitled to anything. Ive never been given anything and have earned everything Ive ever had and by the time this is over youll see I dont lay down, run or hide from ANYONE! While some in the Sheriffs office and Prosecutors office tried to discredit me and keep me from running for Sheriff by pursuing a felony against me for protecting my family, I was busy moving forward with our communities problems and making plans to make changes that make Starke County a better place to live, work and raise a family. While Ive been told my opponents are out on a smear campaign and negativity and by the way, I hope that isnt true, I want to discuss and engage in debate that produces a positive outcome for Starke County!
