My patience has run out just got of bed cant sleep. The manager keeps raising the rent slowly they recently increased it to $252 (with permission from housing) then added $30.00 plus paying the water bill (which I didnt pay before). Cant Capitol Property Services in Portland Oregon (at 1539 NW 19 Portland, Oregon 97209 or capmng)) have some sense. Be real - Im on SSI for epilepsy - controlled but its there. I only get $710.00 a month Ive been here for 16 years and yes its too big I only got this after medical surgery Im not asking for monetary help I just want to mention my rent was over $300 this month. I know they want me out to get FULL PRICE for this apt. I only pay 1/3 since Im on disability. I need to find another apt. a one bedroom in (preferably) North East Portland not past 62nd street ( from the river) when you cross the river you get into outside downtown. I see my Dr. and do volunteer work for a committee so I dont want to be too far away from the city. And the tenants below me set up some sort of odor/smelly machine (I get a strong scent) to signal me when I step on the creaky floor. Who do I complain to for altering my air in this way. Now that my medication is lower and I eat a gluten free diet I have more confidence to be on Facebook to connect with friends.
