My personal opinion is that behavioral/abused dogs should be given the same consideration as medically suffering animals in the no kill movement. I handle more difficult dogs but some could definitely be worked by a handler of lesser skill if people were willing. If you dont want to put the effort in then learn enough so you dont rescue dogs like that. Or rise to the occasion and start to do what you ask adopters to do every day. ......
