My pet peeve of the day: why do presumably intelligent people insist on using the term al-timers when referring to Alzheimers disease? Just watching The Today Show and all of their anchors are previewing a segment on ALZHEIMERS and calling it AL-TIMERS. Even Al Roker is guilty. Come on people, before using this incorrect term, please do your homework before you show your ignorance on national TV. Even worse are those that call it old-timers. O.K., off my soapbox now.
