My philosophy on burpees is exactly the same as my philosophy on long slow distance running (aka yogging, with a soft j); if you love doing them, keep doing them, but please realize that there are more effective, more efficient, and safer alternatives to both. But on the flip side, dont confuse fatigue and/or discomfort for pain or else you wont accomplish much.
