My phone screen broke on the 4 month old galaxy note I have. Ironically I thought it broke because I sat on it. The next day the iphone 6plus scandal comes out.. AT&T wont replace it under warranty and for some reason there is no insurance on the device.. So, $250 to get it fixed at the 3rd party repair shop, but I still have to deal with AT&T for 1.5 years. Ive been a customer with AT&T since 1997... I still get over charged and treated poorly. What options do you think I have?
