My pillage to the Renaissance started Saturday morning with the Rum and Hemp flowing freely but with all the booty that was brought aboard along the way made me vessel ran-a-gound somewhere off my port of call.Commandeering a place to hold up for the night was made easy for a pirate like me and aye made the best of it by plundering through the booty that was pillaged up till then.aye arose Sunday morning at day break upon which aye released my hostage and made my way to the Festival.There were many unknown-to-me pirates there but was soon crewed up by the crew of Captain Half-penny Jack(the pirate actors of the Festival)aye was made marry by them with drinks,song and comradery.(Thank you mates,that was fun!)aye continued staggering my way to find more Rum and ice for my coconut and found that the rum was good.The wenches were nice and very saltie(Im sure i left some of them with something to remember me by and must visit a doctor for)The Royal Guards (security)was on stand-by(twice) to assist me out of the festival but then was made aware that i was only a humble pirate (in character)so they left me be to enjoy my staggering ways and aye,I did!Entering the costume contest @ 3pm,a Voodoo Priestess put a hex on me and went on to Win the Ladys Costume Contest.(with contacts for her eyes that made them appear white,her feather head dress was gorgeous and in full gown.She was wearing a winning costume)after that,Tho aye did sea a few mates from my native village aye went on to make myself marry hanging with some hired sailors that aye sat to rest with and watch the sunset behind the tress on what was i very delightful and much needed weekend for me!!!
