My plea to Governor Corbett today!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE get the facts and education on the medical marijuana that is given to children with epilepsy!!! By signing the bill many young children would be treated for these seizures. A very close friend of mine has a daughter that is kindergarten age and she takes up to 80 seizures a day. The prescription medication does not treat her seizures and the medication has many many side effects. This medical marijuana is different than what you may think. The children DO NOT get high. They are provided this medication by drops...IT WORKS for children like Anna. This is a no brainer when it comes to signing. If your child or grandchild had these uncontrollable seizure perhaps you would change your thoughts on this safe marijuana that is the medication that these children need. PLEASE SIGN SB1182!!!!!! Advocate for Anna is where you just might find some facts and not myths!! Thank you!
