My post to HP: I will never buy another HP product for the rest of my life. My HP Envy dv6. I have only had the piece of crap for eighteen months, and rarely use it for more than writing and internet access when traveling, which is rare. Now my notebook is saying that my operating system is not installed, and when I run tests it says I dont have a hard drive. I was working on a story for an anthology I was going to post next week, had 4,000 words done, and not I cant get to them. And knowing computers, there will be a long and laborious process to get the file, all of which will take time I dont have. Tried the solutions on the forum and nothing worked. So goodbye to you, and I hope your company fails in the near future. What a bunch of crap. I wasted six writing hours because I have a piece of crap. Wonderful.
