My problems start before the pilot goes to sleep. MakeMyTrip is trying to cheat me! Their site is not working and giving error for making a change to my tickets so I call their toll free customer (f***d up) service number. First three phone calls are 35 to 45 mins each and I get thrown out by them. Now after another marathon 40 min call there is this ba$YYd on the phone who wants to cheat me by asking me to pay 2 times my fare. I tell him that there is a lower fare on his website and he says he cannot change and I should do it online. So I am telling this shitty guy that the website is not working and give me your TL or Manager and he hangs up!!!! This is the service types they have in MMT - maybe from jhumri where ever. Tapori types who can only cheat and con customers. The height is that I am a silver member and these guys seem to have no thought about problems of people. What was the mistake - i wanted to buy tickets for August but used the wrong date and booked for November! MMT - you are sucking big time... and hope you drown in your shit.
