My process for my new job started June 12,2014. I interviewed for 1 position and was told I was over qualified and that I needed to interview for something higher in Human Resource. I did and I had to start all over again. I had to submit my tax filings from 2007-2014, list all my jobs Ive worked and attach contact numbers (which they called each employer) 10 to be exact, list any dates unemployed and why, a full FBI check, local and state background check for all cities lived, a Full Credit Check not to exceed $2,000 in Collections ,Drug Testing, Education request and proof of degrees earned with Institution contact number and transcript release, back and forth emails requesting additional info as well. As of today, June 8, 2014 at 10:00 am I have been confirmed and my confirmation appointment for my new position is this week. In all of this, Ive learned Patience because it was something I didnt have. Thank you Father God for my blessing, and thank you my previous employers (Christi Kaldon Ward) for an outstanding reference and thank you Julien Lambdagent LeChantier and my Mother in Law A.Strong for keeping me encouraged and for the prayers.
