My proof book arrived and now the ebook is being formatted. Hope to have my novel on Amazon & Createspace in a week or so. To make sure I understand it (I do want to do the select thing), I click on KDP select and that only applies to the ebook right? Instructions if there are any please. Also, has anyone else ever had that nervous feeling when they actually held your book for the first time? I thought Id be relieved and happy, but I am anxious - what if not one sells....I wrote it for the right reasons, so I guess that doesnt really matter, just ramblings I guess.
