My property sale didnt go through. So disappointed. Over a strata report a. after i spent over 30 grand fixing things in strata. . My agent has been so unprofessional . First Paul Biller has tried to lower my price of my unit from the first week of signing up with him. I paid for 2 lots of marketing . Far more than any other agent i have been with.. The last lot Paul put a sold sign on the advertisement .So my property is listed as sold . I requested him to take it down on the 31 Dec and before . It is still up . The property didnt sell . I requested a refund for the marketing he has falsely advertised as sold . There was never a unconditional contract and the property was never sold . No refund no apology . I have requested tax invoices on the money i gave him for marketing . refuse to supply to this date. I asked for the auction money that we supplied him because we cancelled before auction and he says its non refundable . when a auction never went ahead. I had to cancel a inspection a hour and a half notice with a builder due to sickness . Paul wanted me to supply $200 to a builder for a inspection because i cancelled . I had no contract with the builder . I told Paul to pay the $200 out of the auction money Paul refused and the inspection didnt go through . I offered Paul to pay half $100 for inspection so i would not lose the sale ( which i was not legally expected to pay) In fact he threaten to stop my sale if i didnt take my review down . I did take it down . After all the drama and unprofessional conduct I have experienced in the last months . I feel i will not bow down to his threats and add a truthful and detailed eview . All round a terrible experience with Paul Biller . I would NEVER refer him.https://facebook/paul.biller.1
