My puppy has fallen extremely ill again ...im away from home working out of town and i just received a call that the vet dosent know whats wrong what our mini dachshund. .this is our second visit, the first they told us she had parasites and low blood sugur. . Did a stool sample , and gave her another de wormer after her having one 2 days prior to me getting her. Turns oit she ddiddnt have parasites or worms . But her suger had gone back up to normal.... later they send us home . She had bounced back from the stiff, grunting, log like state..... well now avout 4 days later, i get a call from my partner saying shes in the same state but worse. Take her in runs some glucose test , not cheap , comes back and tells him sorry but she dosent know whats worng with her..... what do i do shes falling over , shaking her head, grunting . The only advide the vet gave me was to go a neurologist, or give her up for adoption, but I dont think shes going to make it . I feel taken advantage of by this young vet , she seamed to be medicated, and was scattered minded. My partner is at our home with her, basically as she is dying out..... we have ran out of finaces , any advice. I feel so shitty ...... other than confert her .... what do i do. Shes gained weight normally, has normal glucose, and heart rate, no worms or parasites. ...... No negative comments plz. She spoiled,well fed and loved.
