My rant for the day......I have played football and also coached football at different levels(little league-thru- high school) for over 25 yrs.... I have attended the First 3 games of Oak Glen this year and last night was the icing on the cake ...... I am a proud parent of an OG football player, the negativity of a group of people every week and the things being said about the coaches, players and everything else is appalling... I have been on both sides of the fence but really ??? These are kids , they will make mistakes, they are human.. This coach, he will make mistakes, hes human.... You people for whatever reason, you think you can do a better job ???? Doubt it!!!! I for one see the comraderie of these boys, and we owe that to the coaches , you think they dont hear the things being said ???? I for one think this team is very competitive and they will put it together sooner than later... and not from anyone but Coach Whittington and his staff, certainly not any of you.. so next time you decide to attend a game , keep your negative comments and remarks to yourselves, I do care !!!!! To the boys and coaching staff of Oak Glens Finest, you are right where you need to be , keep on !!!!!!!!
