My rant for the day. So I am looking for a new cast iron skillet. I like cast iron, makes me feel like a badass when I hang a iron skillet from my neck as makeshift plate armor, like Clint Eastwood from a Fistful of Dollars. Anyway as I peruse the area for one and I notice the Cabelas ad has one. Its a Cabelas brand but I like Lodge, Griswold and Wagner. Then I notice other Cabelas branded merchandise.... batteries, generators and so on. I refuse to buy anything a store brands as their own when someone else makes it. My point is buy from a company that built their reputation on the product they design and manufacture, for all you know you are buying imported crap.
