My rant is why the heck do people stand at the crosswalk or just randomly walk out in front of traffic at the Lynn rd crossing without hitting the button to activate the warning lights. I go past there at a minimum twice a day and about 90% of the people dont push the button. Do we need better signage? I actually saw three ladies walking along eastbound on the dolphin side and one lady with a stroller broke away from the other two and turned to cross the hwy to Lynn without missing a step and a truck coming westbound ( the closest side she stepped out on) had to quickly react and the car behind wasnt as quick and locked up the brakes (tires screeching) not to rear end the truck. I had seen it all from the opposite lane and had slowed in time but I rolled the window down and said she should push the cross button next time. She just looked at me with a confused look. I was actually glad to see someone hit the button today, first time out of all the people this last month at least.
