My rant on why arent the Muslim nations arent taking the plunge? To understand that aspect one needs to understand that running a nation... Any nation.. is no joke. When a government does make THAT decision to get involved in international matters they have to consider so many different outcomes and scenarios to sustain their own existence as a people. Yes, we have oil, but again it is a tradable commodity. Something is always exchanged, contracts are negotiated that are linked with other ongoings crucial to the development of that country. Either that or there is another hidden agenda usually related with succession and expansion. Hence, you will see government putting out statements to ease the mindsets of their people rather then actually getting involved. Earlier I saw a post that recommended that Pakistan get involved and allow refugees from the target region. Perhaps they forgot the experience from the past of allowing refugees into the nations borders for which we are still suffering today. Not to offend anyone but did it help Pakistan?? Is Pakistan more stable nation today then it could have been despite its internal challenges? Any decision can have an effect larger then whats intended out of good will. Consequences of which can only be seen later and are never immediate. Its not about getting involved but the liability as a government when you have to sustain an entire nation food, employment, health education, construction, transportation etc. Granted we all know how Saudis function but really so many underlying issues as to why no REAL action is being taken. We may judge but again we dont run a country we run a simple household. Now that said, How many of us will give up the baseline requirements of that?? If so, and of you are willing...then lets go!!! Lets book the flights, quit our jobs, leave our families and other necessary arrangements. I think we all know its a No can do situation. Dear FBookers....Human nature revolves around self and sustainability of the self. Dont expect from another what you yourself are not willing to give up at grass root level. 😒 just saying.... We are not silent ... We are limited and for our own reasons!!! And selfishly so!!
