My recap of 2014 What a ride this year has been! In the beginning it was rough, I was lost, confused...and couldnt understand why I was in the situation I was in. I wanted to try to fix things..my way! I believed that I could do it....as 2014 went on things got harder and more difficult to understand..by July, I was at my end..without a care..ready to give up! God seen this He waited patiently for me to fully give in, knowing that I couldnt at the time, He stepped in once again! This time getting my attention, He new it was now or never! July 6 2014 God knew my struggle, He opened a door that I chose to walk through, not knowing where I was going, I put my faith in Him for really the first time! What has happened since that day is an unmistakable, undeniable, true work of His love for me! He came down and put a new breath in my lungs. July 10 2014 God spoke to me! The message was clear. Since that weekend my life has changed in a way I really didnt think that it could, that was because I myself couldnt do it, but with God it was possible! I have a new outlook on life, I have a new outlook on people and the things around me. 2015.....what a blessing it is to have this opportunity to give back to what I was willing to give up. My prayer to conclude 2014 and welcome 2015 Father God thank you for bountiful blessings,thank you for your love,grace and mercy ! Father God thank you for new opportunities! Dear God thank you for winning the battle, and to know that death lost at the cross, I praise you for that ! I love you! I am a new creation, I praise you for that,your discipline is just ! Dear God I thank you for your unfailing love, I thank you for my Christian brothers and sisters that are part of this new journey with you. Father God you have started a work in me that I cannot deny ! I look forward to new encounters this year knowing that its you at work, putting me in a position to do good works in your name, I Praise you for that! Father God I pray you continue to search my heart to know my innermost thoughts and feelings, I pray you continue to bless me with discernment,knowledge and wisdom. Father God I pray that the people around me can see you in the things that I do. And they can understand that its not for self-righteousness, but just a servant being obedient to his master. Father God you make beautiful things out of us, if we are to give up ourselves. All of these wonderful things I ask in your sons name,your son who suffered for me to allow me to have something I do not deserve ! I am forever grateful for that ! In Jesus name, Amen I know that I can do all things whenever I trust you, You give me strength and courage and You guide me when I do. Direct my paths and make them straight, for you are wise and strong, I know that I can trust in you whenever things go wrong. When worry, doubt or fear set in, You more than understand, I walk in faith because I know my life is in your hands. This man of God who loves you, Lord, Whos been redeemed by grace, Will walk in faith until the day he sees you face-to-face.
