My reply to CHANG LIH KANG PKR Central Committee Member and ADUN - TopicsExpress

My reply to CHANG LIH KANG PKR Central Committee Member and ADUN for Teja, Perak. --- Saudara Chang, What you wrote is lacking in a lot of specifics compared to Nathaniel Tans more detailed 6-parter. These are my concerns which perhaps you can answer. 1) You mentioned that KIDEX is against state policy and I guess that probably means either public consultation and no tolls. However, in the Penang Tunnel project, CAP president in his open reply has clearly said that the public consultations were merely public notifications as the PG state govt never took any of the objections or viewpoints into consideration. consumer.org.my/index.php/development/public-sector/644-open-reply-to-penang-chief-ministers-open-letter-to-cap-on-the-rm63-billion-mega-project The Penang Tunnel project signed in Sep 2013 also has a 30 years toll concession. What gives??? So isnt that project against Pakatan policy too? And if Khalid is to resign over KIDEX, shouldnt the esteemed CM LGE also resign accordingly? 2) Rafizi mentioned that SYABAS/Puncak Niaga is bankrupt and the State Govt should not be paying RM1.5billion for it. However, prior to the Kajang move, I have never heard any Selangor Pakatan leader or Rafizi object to the multiple RM1 billion offers for SYABAS/PNSB since 2009. What gives? 3) In his letter to RPK, Wan Azmi of SPLASH has admitted that with Anwars help, both of them met with MB Khalid over the pricing of the offer for SPLASH. Isn;t this improper for a a senior Politician to try and interfere with state business - especially since Wan Azmi also sits on PKRs think-thank Institut Rakyat and has long-standing association with Anwar? Is this common practise in Pakatan states where senior politicians brings businessman to discuss about price with the MB? Isn;t this considered cronyism too? Here is Wan Azmis letter to RPK: malaysia-today.net/the-splash-issue-explained/ (if it is false letter then Wan Azmi should sue RPK). 4) Why did Khalid drop the price for SPLASH from RM2.98 billion in 2009 to RM250 million now? Isnt this highly suspicious? Isnt paying less money for SPLASH better than Selangor State paying more money? 5) In March, why is Khalid stalling the Tropicana canal city project and demanding immediate payment instead of over 20 years? It is highly unusual for a state govt to change the terms of a multi-billion ringgit agreement less than a year after signing it. Perhaps you could enlighten me as at the moment Nathaniels response still resonates better with me. https://facebook/notes/chang-lih-kang-%E9%83%91%E7%AB%8B%E6%85%B7/who-sows-the-wind-shall-reap-the-whirlwind/788622981177505
