My rescue GSD was quite timid and kept her distance from other dogs off lead or froze and let them sniff her before walking on. I added another dog a failed guide dog, GSD/retriever. Since he arrived they play and are very happy together. However, offlead they work together and seem to bully and chase other dogs. My original GSD is now actively seeking out other dogs to intimidate and chase. For the past two months I havent let them off lead when other dogs are around. I cant risk the two of them egging each other on and be too rough. They both suddenly go deaf when they both see another dog however both have good recall in other situations. Will it ever be safe to let them both off together with other dogs and if so how can I train them to have manners!
