My review of AM NAILS in OKC NEVER GO HERE. ★☆☆☆☆ If it was possible to give zero stars, than I would. Worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Christie (my nail tech) was completely awful and lied directly to my face. They had advertised on groupon AND in the store that you receive free wine while getting your nails done, so I asked for a glass and she looked me straight in the eye and said they were out. At 22 years old, I accepted that but was not happy about the false advertisement... UNTIL one of their regulars came in and she was IMMEDIATELY given a glass of wine. When I asked about it, Christie just shrugged like an idiot. I got a full set done for $25, and literally she spent 15 minutes on it. All that was done was a little glue, the tips, and then a layer of acrylic. My cuticles look horrendous, the tips are jagged and hideous, and when I went back in to get half of my money back because she did a half-assed job and LIED TO MY FACE, She grabbed my hand and clippers and said she was going to cut off the tips if I wanted my money back. WORST MANICURE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO TO THESE LYING, CANIVING PEOPLE. I now get to go to my usual salon in Norman so they can fix the damage AM Nails did. I have contacted the better business bureau and filed a complaint, and am considering calling the okc police department for harassment and false advertisement.
