You will be sharing with 2 amazing full time workers that enjoy a laugh and a beer but otherwise keep to themselves and are rarely around. The house includes full access to loungeroom, television and fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a large eclectic backyard with 3 private dining areas and social tables. The backyard also includes a large fire pit and backs onto the gloriously exotic Belongil jungle with tracks leading to the beach in less than a 5 minute walk. The house is situated just 3 minutes walk from the IGA shops on Belongil Crescent, and is so close to the beach you can hear the waves rollling in. The room and house is available from the 19th until the 30th of January. Price for the room will be : $50 per day or $290 per week, also $150 bond will be taken and returned upon my arrival as long as everything is ok.
