My salesperson was Mr. Arturo Cuevas. Arturo was highly professional, courteous, punctual, and worked with me to achieve a win-win relationship and eventual purchase (lease). I came to San Leandro Ford due to the discontinued Lincoln sales in Novato. I had lost the relationships built with the sales team there and felt as if I had to start completely over. Fortunately, Arturo filled that role perfectly and I look forward to working with him in the future on additional transactions. Thanks to Arutro and San Leandro Ford for making this happen. Specifically, the negotiating phase lasted quite awhile, and in every communication with Arturo, he remained patient, professional, and committed to earning the sale. During the negotiations, other dealerships in the Bay Area were in contact me with me; however, some of the sales staff were somewhat deceptive and in one case, addressed me as if I knew nothing about negotiating a lease (after explaining I have leased for years).
