My salute to Atty. Allan Contado, CPA, municipal mayor of Balangkayan for teaching discipline to Balangkayanons and demonstrating good leadership most esp. during crisis like we are currently experiencing. Last year when Haiyan/Yolanda devastated us, the town had ZERO CASUALTY even if storm surge, with big waves higher than a coconut tree, attacked them. When warned with ST Hagupit, Balangkayanons has prepared even without instruction yet from the mayor. This is because of the discipline the maypr has instilled to them. Since thursday, everything is in the position, the emergency response team including the vehicles and equipments, and people are secured in safety evacuation centers. Balangkayan is totally prepared aiming for ZERO CASUALTY again. #RubyPH #ZeroCasualty
