My second new class at the Sophia University Community College Develop Your Leadership Style starts November 29, 2014 The course discusses the topic of leadership from a Western and a Japanese perspective. We will practice leadership skills, such as communication, conflict management, team development. We will analyse our strength as team leaders and look for areas of improvement. An important aspect is the analysis of each participant`s leadership style. The course will be held in lecture format with practical and interactive exercises.
